Alligator Dock #1 was the first commercial dock on Lake Cumberland. 

We offer both covered boat slips and open slips for your convenience. We offer a large parking lot, plus additional parking for boat trailers.  . This commitment to excellence is just part of why so many customers keep coming back to Alligator Dock #1.

Cottages- Types and Rates

All of our cottages are air conditioned, with cable TV, microwave and coffee makers.  Cottages do not have a telephone.  They are funished with linens, towels, cooking utensils and dishes.  Clean linens and towels are available but no maid service.  All the cottages are located 1,000 feet or more from Lake Cumberland.  Each cottage has  charcoal grill and picnic table outside.
