- Rates are subject to a 6% Kentucky sales tax and a 4% county
room tax.
- Two night minimum rental is required.
- Holiday weekends require a three night minimum rental.
- All of our cottages are air-conditioned, with cable TV,
microwave and coffee makers. Cottages do not have
telephones. The are furnished with linens, towels, cooking
utensils and dishes. Clean linens and towels are
available, but without maid service. All of the
cottages are located 1,000 feet or more from Lake Cumberland.
Each cottage has a charcoal grill and picnic tables outside.
- We DO allow 1 pet per cottage. There is a $100
non-refundable pet fee. However, your pet should not be
left unattended in the cottage.
- We DO NOT allow campfires by the cottages.
- One boat slip is furnished with each cottage.
- Check in time is 3:30pm. Check out time is 11:00am. -
Departures checking out late will be subject to 1/2 day rental
charge.
- Deposits of 1/2 of the total is required within 5 days after
making a reservation. The balance of the rental, plus tax,
is due upon arrival. We do not accept personal
checks on mail deposits made 30 days or less prior to arrival.
- We do not accept personal checks upon arrival.
- Dry County - B.Y.O.B.
- Since we are a destination resort and do not have walk in to
replace you, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable
on any confirmed reservation. There are no refunds on
early departures.
